Refund policy

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

 

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions. 

  • Gift cards are non-returnable
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Your steps should be laid out clearly, linking to relevant pages, such as your online portal.

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels, which will be emailed to you
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided so we can make sure to track your stuff. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own 

Additional Information:

The following are add-ons with more information that you may want to include.

  • It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your returned item from day of receipt. Refunds and store credits may take 7-10 business days depending on the bank's process time. 
  • There is a $7 shipping and restocking fee for returned items, which will be deducted from the order amount 
  • We are unable to refund lost and damaged items.
